FACET: A Patented Design
The FACET Bag Shaper was developed by Argentinian Karina Lustgarten, a connoisseuse of luxury bags and accessories.
Karina believes handbags are a fashion statement, but also a long-term investment; she imagined a better solution than stuffing them with paper or plastic to protect the shape when she traveled or stored them.
Karina patented her innovative shaper prototype: an equally luxury bag accessory that could be adapted to "twin" the shape of many bag forms.
FACET: A French Twist
Karina called on longtime friend Franco-American Boo Louis, a pioneer in the design of eco-friendly home decor, to turn the prototype into a reality.
Boo leaned on her years of sourcing and product development to produce an object made exclusively in France from the most noble and sustainable materials.
